Repairs

REPAIR / ESTIMATE POLICY:

Each piece of equipment is subject to a flat $90 estimate fee charged up front. If you accept the estimate, 100% of the fee goes towards the work order. If you decline the estimate, your equipment will be held for pickup unassembled (additional labor charge would apply to reassemble broken equipment to pre-estimate condition).

 Stemar repairs on supported brands are faster and more economical as we keep parts in stock and have distributor discounts on parts. Repairs for non-supported brands are still accepted on a case by case basis but customers should be aware that they may take longer and be more expensive than if taken to an official distributor.
